Trust

"It is important to have good thoughts,
because we become what we think.
"

Gautama Buddha (558 – 491 Before Common Era),

I trust myself.

How much trust could I have, if I do this?

I empower: I have the power to do more than I think!

I am a beautiful work of art of billions of different cells, each of which is once again a wonderful work of art and can live on its own. Each cell is connected to many other cells and communicates through the connections formed by my development and what I have learned in this world. Every cell renews itself, without me having to bother about it.

I am not aware of that.

We also say my unconscious cares for this.

I can fully rely on my unconscious for 100%.

My unconscious mind is so much bigger than my counscious mind. 90% unconscious and only 10% conscious or even much smaller.

When I exhale, I do not have to worry about my next inhalation, it goes unconsciously, even though I can focus my consciousness on it.
The more we rely on our unconscious, the quieter and happier we are. In order to really enjoy this happiness, it is necessary that I have faith in the life processes.

When it all becomes difficult, I turn in confidently and focus on strengthening and positive thoughts. I anchor my positive experiences, that is to say that I reinforce those connections that have arisen through these experiences.

I can fully rely on the life processes that have created new life for me every many generations. I'm only a link in that everlasting lifestream.

One of the basic presuppositions of NLP is:

all learning, behaviour and change is inconscious

Presupposition in NLP:

  1. We respect each person’s model of the world.
  2. The meaning of your communication is not simply what you intend, but also the response you get.
  3. Mind and Body are connected, and form a system.
  4. The map is not the territory.
  5. The most important information about somebody is his behaviour
  6. People make the best choice they can at the time.
  7. All actions have a positive intewntion.
  8. Aim to increase choice.
  9. someones behaviour does not stand for the person (accept the person, change his behavior)
  10. We already have all the resources we need, or we can create them.
  11. I'm the master over my mind and therfor over my results
  12. The person or element with the most flexibility in a group or system will have the most influence.
  13. There is no such thing as failure, there is only feedback.
  14. Resistance means lack of rapport.
  15. Behaviour and change have to be evaluated in terms of context and ecology.
  16. All processes should lead to integration and wholeness.
  17. It is as it is, accept the situation as it is.

All learning

behaviour

and

change

is unconscious.

(and sometimes conscious)

I am unique and indispensable, I can give a lot of good for the coming generations. My mission is to add something good to life.

I rely on the life in me, while I risk my way through stormy seas and motionless stills. All I have to do is stay in the 'nu'. Only in the 'now' do I experience all the value of life. That is why I choose to cherish clear, simple, positive thoughts and words.

I release my judgments. I leave my thoughts on why do I do this and why do I react so loose. I realize that I am not happy by gaining more control. Even if I know why I do the things that I do, it does not mean that I'm going to do it differently.

It is about doing those things that I really choose for myself, because they give me the happiness of trust. I know that I do not have to have a reason everywhere. What I do know is that I was born as a beautiful being and a unique spirit full of confidence. As a baby on the breast of my mother I drink the life force to the fullest. I trust my good thoughts and give them attention. I now take a moment to realize how valuable the mysterious and invisible life process is that I am.

NLP techniques to strengthen self-confidence:
- Integrate the presuppositions of NLP
- Aligning the neurological levels, becoming aware of my mission and adjusting the lower levels
- Anchoring the valuable resources that life gives you
- Focusing on positive thoughts
- Reconstructing seemingly negative experiences
